A basic inspection of a fuel burning unit includes clearance checks and other visual inspections without sweeping or a camera.This inspection does not check the inside of the chimney flue and will not know the condition of the interior flue.
All the parts of a level one inspection listed above, plus an internal video inspection of the chimney flue.
All parts of a level one inspection, plus a full detailed report from top to bottom of your chimney. This is recommended for a real estate transfer of property, after a chimney fire, or if you've never had your chimney fully inspected.
A full cleaning of a wood stove appliance includes sweeping the chimney flue, cleaning out any ash, cleaning glass if present, and more. First time customers get a video inspection for free. If you are not a first time customer, but would like a video, we will add one for no cost.
Standard fireplace sweep includes cleaning of the chimney flue and firebox, along with smoke shelf, and cleaning glass if present. First time customers get the flue inspected with a chimney camera for free. If you are not a first time customer, but would like a video, one can be added for no cost.
Standard sweep of a furnace, oil or gas.This includes sweeping the chimney flue, and connector pipe, along with a video inspection for new customers.
A full cleaning of the pellet stove appliance, plus the glass and chimney. Cleaning of the appliance consists of taking everything out of the unit, sweeping it down, and vacuuming all the left-over products of combustion.
Full cleaning of the gas appliance includes taking out the wood, dusting it off, cleaning and dusting the blower if present, cleaning the glass, and cleaning the pilot assembly.
